Refund Policy
Gill Electrical Ltd is committed to providing high-quality electrical services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of electrical work and services provided, refunds are handled in line with the policy below.
Services
Once electrical work has been carried out, completed, or partially completed, refunds are not normally provided. This is because services involve labour, time, and materials that cannot be returned once used.
Deposits
Any deposits paid are non-refundable, except where work is cancelled by Gill Electrical Ltd or where required by law.
Faults & Issues
If you believe there is an issue with the workmanship, you must notify Gill Electrical Ltd within a reasonable time. We will be given the opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify the issue before any refund is considered.
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled with sufficient notice before work begins, any refund offered will be at the discretion of Gill Electrical Ltd and may be subject to costs already incurred, including materials purchased or time allocated.
Non-Payment
No refunds will be issued where invoices remain unpaid or where the issue arises from misuse, third-party interference, or existing faults outside the agreed scope of work.
Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
